That's why under our 14-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you purchase the item
We will replace or refund most items provided they are returned complete unused and in their original packaging with any appropriate labels .
You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us in the normal way. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way or to an extent beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods before purchase.
You can return your goods via a Post Office using a second class recorded delivery. You need to ensure that you get the proof of posting and adequate insurance to cover the value of returned goods. We do not provide a free return service.
Please ensure items are adequately packaged and labelled and your completed returns form is enclose.
A customer is NOT entitled to a FULL refund:-
If the goods have a fault about which they could not have known at the time of despatch. (Customers can’t complain about defects that were pointed out to them at the time of purchase.)
The goods were bought for someone else who simply doesn’t want them.
The customer knows, or should have known, about any fault when they bought the goods (i.e. if they were seconds.)
When the damage to goods is caused by the customer’s negligence.
